Shipping & Delivery

"How much do you charge for delivery?" - If your order comes to more than £25 *Delivery is Free* - but if your order is less than that, dont worry, we charge a flat rate of £3.49 for delivery of any of our products.

StarchSupplies.co.uk use Royal Mail standard delivery as our preferred method of postage. If your order is placed before 5.30PM, we will endeavor to send your package the following day, otherwise it will be sent next business day. For bulk orders please contact us by clicking here.

We ship most packages by regular or express post. All charges will be calculated automatically depending of what you choose. All orders shipped outside the United Kingdom will be charged the current shipping rate for that country. If you are having an order shipped to a foreign address and would like to know the shipping charges you may request that information in the "Contact Us" link and we will e-mail you the total.

Returns Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within the first 15 days after you receive your order. We will credit your original form of payment. All merchandise must be returned in original condition with tags intact. We do not accept returns of worn or laundered merchandise nor can we credit shipping and handling charges.

In the event of defective goods or a shipping error, we will absorb any additional shipping charges associated with the item. All returns must be authorized by email. Which means you should send an email to returns@starchsupplies.co.uk requesting a return authorization number. Please include in the email the products you are returning and your order number. You will be issued a return authorization number. Please write the return authorization number on the return form and include it with the merchandise when you ship it back to us.
