My Mum-in-law was very pleased to receive the starch, having been told in Fishguard Pembrokeshire that starch was no longer made. I said don't worry I will find you some on the internet, she was very amused andpleased to find it came from Wales. Thank to to your company, and in particular, thanks to Ms Rachel Davies, for being so patient and unbelievably efficient processing and sending out my starch order. Ms Davies followed up the fact that I had been on to the Starchsupplies website, even though I had abandoned my attempt to order due to my own inexperience. I was not confident about proceeding but when Ms Davies realised I still wanted to place an order. she guided me through the process of ordering, doing whatever she could do help with my particular order. Although the website was user-friendly, she assisted me and made it very easy for me, giving me the confidence to place the order. There were times when I couldn't go further with my order because I was waiting for responses from others who had wanted me to buy the starch, but at no time was I harassed or pestered, just assisted and helped whenever I needed to make contact. Ms Davies also kept in mind the fact that my order would be shared. Not only did she ensure it was packed it into smaller quantities to make it easier to distribute, she also had the thoughtfulness to include separate instruction sheets for everyone concerned. Now that's what I call service! It was so efficient and excellent that I have no alternative but to comment on it.
